Mike and his wife, Daicya, have been involved at SABC since 2010 when Daicya started cooking for our weekend retreats. Mike and Daicya own and manage Ben’s Quality Meats in Picture Butte where they sell beef with the Benchmark brand. Ben’s helps SABC with processing donated beef and storage of ground beef. This steak and steak knives combo is a must have, it includes short loin, steak (flat iron & new york strip), burgers, jerky sticks, chuck roast and a box of steak knives! Valued at $275
